Comp Card Printing: Where to Get Your Modeling Cards Printed

by Sarah McDowd on April 25, 2012

Now that you understand what a comp card is and what to include on yours (article here), it’s time to print your modeling cards!

Comp card printing can seem overwhelming if you don’t know where to start, which is why we have provided a few recommended printers below to help guide you in the right direction.

http://www.otlgraphics.com/index.html gets our first recommendation simply based on their reputation alone. They are known for quality, plain and simple.

https://www.photoscanonline.com/ This company been around since 1989. They also offer high-quality modeling comp cards. You can purchase 100 comp cards for $99 here.

Another great comp card printer is http://mimosaheadshot.com/compcards.html – What’s unique about them is that they let you design your comp card online for free, and preview it before you place your order.

This Compcard printer, http://www.compcardcreations.com/, gives you a $20 discount on comp cards simply for “liking” them on Facebook- and this discount is good for life and on all re-orders.

Lastly, here you can get model comp card printing with a same or next-day turnaround time, for those looking to get their cards printed on short notice: http://www.printing4today.com/products/zed-cards-comp-cards

**Update: Our readers have been kind enough to write us and share their own personal recommendations/favorite printers. You can view the list containing their suggestions here: http://modelmentors.com/comp-card-printing-2/

There are many other great resources for model comp cards online; we have listed our top picks, but that is certainly not to say that you can’t have success in choosing another printer for your model comp cards. Just do your research first- look for testimonials on their website, or Google their name to check for any particularly positive or negative customer reviews that are not listed on their site.

As always, we hope we have helped- if you have any recommendations for great comp card printing, please comment below or email us! xoxo

Check out http://www.GotPrint.com for Compcards
100 for $50; 250 for 70; 500 for 77, and 1000 for $90…

Most other places charge a ridiculous 2 to 3 times these prices! :-)

Hi Arthur, thanks for wasting an hour of my life with that confusing and inadequate website. It’s like they say, “you get what you pay for”. Going with a company that knows what their doing.

Uh oh! What went wrong when you used the site that he posted? How frustrating to lose an hour of your day all for naught, that stinks! But I am sure Arthur had the best intentions when he suggested it, you know? Did you try any of the ones that I listed in the article? Or are you trying to stick to a certain budget/somewhere local so shipping doesn’t take forever/somewhere that designs them for you/etc.? The more I know the more I can try to help. And of course if any other readers have any suggestions for Peter feel free to leave a comment! Thanks :)

HI Admin, I got $20 off for liking that compcardcreation site. They got me a proof within an hour after I placed my order and it was easy. They even helped me with choosing the right pics. It was a peace of mind knowing I had someone in the business taking care of me. It was worth every penny. I look forward to get them. Sorry Arthur, thanks for trying to help out. :)
